Right of Cancellation & Returns
Beers & beverages: For goods falling into the category of beers & beverages we do not serve the right of cancellation from the day you receive your goods.
Sales of goods (excluding beers & beverages): In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 14 days right of cancellation starting from the day you receive your order. You will need to inform us in writing about the items you would like to return and ensure that products are returned within 14 days. This can be done by sending an e-mail to: webshop@aabenbryg.dk.
A copy of the order confirmation must be placed together with the returned products. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are securely packed and returned in the same condition.
Returns & Withdrawal of Order
We do not normally refund an order unless there is physical damage to the product or a quality issue. It is up to our discretion to determine if a quality issue is valid.
If the product you have received is defect, please notify us promptly and return the item to:

Your refund will be credited to the credit card / bank account used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other card.
Orders can be cancelled before they leave the brewery. If you would like to cancel the order, you are to send an email to: webshop@aabenbryg.dk including your name, contact number, order number as well as a description of the product(s) you would like to cancel. We will notify you whether the order has left the brewery or not and how you will get your refund.
In the event of an error in connection with any product displayed through aabenbryg.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), ÅBEN reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
Warranty
In accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act, you have a two years warranty on all orders (this does not include beers). If the warranty is valid, you are entitled to a product exchange or a refund. The risk of the products bought on aaabenbryg.com is transferred to you as soon as you receive the product. If you find flaws in your order, you are to notify us as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to prove the flaw and that it did not occur in your custody.
You will need to send an e-mail to: webshop@aabenbryg.dk describing the issue including photos of the flaw(s).
By default you can only complain about flaws/damages shown no later than two years after you have received the goods. For goods with limited durability your complaint period is determined by the durability period.
