Rosy Sour is a fresh, fruity, and gluten-free sour brewed with passion fruit, raspberry, blackberry, and lime. It is one of this year’s two official O Days beers made in collaboration with Danish alternative pop trio When Saints Go Machine and the craft brewery ÅBEN.
Rosy Sour is made as a tribute to the latest studio album from When Saints Go Machine, “Rosy” (2023). With this album, When Saints Go Machine deliver their signature musical energy and emotionality, aiming to create a simple path between sound and emotions.
The album features a mechanical electronic weight, evoking a dark club scene, while its lyrics sensitively explore themes of losing oneself and others, aiming to communicate as simply as possible to seek human connections.
