Marzipan is one of our 2023 winter beers named after the classic Christmas ballet The Nutcracker. This sour is made with delicious sour cherries from Frederiksdal. It is a beautiful and deep red beer with strong cherries vibes and soft notes of cherries kernels, almonds and vanilla.
